So she's tops the list of photog tutors on CreativeLive.com and for some reason, I like Lindsay Adler better when it comes to teaching stuff they are working on in terms of presentation and attitude (I am not a shrink, so don't take the attitude stuff seriously).
She's a natural light prhotographer and that part about additive/subractive light - shes on the money with the foamcore boards, (which prolly is not the direction I am headed in - some natural if possible, but mostly small flash/big diffuser photog), but all that yada yada about this is what I am doing now - wears me down. I kinda of like the top down and back again to the top approach of teaching better. Or I might as well stick with the Kelby cookbooks which teach you about particular things and not the spirit of things which you can extrapolate at will. Ah this is growing to be a rant against two otherwise great authors, so I better stop here :(
